God’s promise: Psalm 32:8
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.
It’s important to be persistent in meeting with God for His instruction and guidance.
We do this through the Word, prayer and an open notebook.
Your confession: Psalm 138: 8
The LORD will perfect that which concerns me.
The spirit of faith operates in this way: I believe and therefore I spoke (2 Cor 4: 13).
Therefore it is important to declare our confidence and trust in God.
Your confidence: Philippians 1: 6
God will complete the good work He began in you.
Since God is completely trustworthy, He should have our complete trust and confidence.
Your help: Psalm 20: 2, 4
The Lord will send help from His sanctuary, and strengthen you out of Zion; He will grant you according to your heart’s desire, and fulfill all your purpose.
There’s a place for silent sincere prayer, and there’s a place for desperate prayer- crying out to God.
David often cried out to God, and God was moved and intervened.
Here we see in this Psalm that God has the help and strength we need.
He has the power to grant us to fulfill all our purpose in Him.
The question at times is this: Do we really want it? Do we really want this from God?
Your prayer: Lord, instruct me in the way I should go, teach me what I need to learn. Perfect in me that which needs to be perfected. I acknowledge my confidence in Your ability and faithfulness that You will do this and that You will complete the good work You began in me. And not only in me, but in those I care for.
Send me help from Your dwelling place and strengthen me. Grant my heart’s desire and fulfill all my purpose in You.
I pray this with faith and with thanksgiving in the name of Jesus. Amen.
